Cutting Dies

In 2020, we installed a Cutlite Penta laser system in our cutting die department.  This particular laser fits every size for folding and corrugated cardboard for flat-bed (3050x1550mm), plus all the diameters (from 177 up to 808mm) and lengths (up to 3000mm) for rotary. This laser also has a routing feature that makes hand routing a Baysek die a thing of the past.

 

Our CAD Department uses a full range of programming. This allows us to use the same files throughout our manufacturing process by sharing files with our print division for layout, pre-mounting and direct print sampling.
