Flexographic Printing Plates
At Accurate Graphics & Cutting Dies, we manufacture high-quality sheet photopolymer printing plates designed to deliver consistent, reliable print performance on every run.
We exclusively use sheet polymer material rather than liquid polymer plates, providing superior dimensional stability, improved print consistency, and dependable repeatability from job to job.
To maintain plate integrity and maximize print quality, we do not utilize pin-registration systems that require holes to be drilled through the printing surface. Instead, our experienced plate mounting specialists use precise registration methods to ensure accurate positioning while preserving the structural integrity of the plate.
Our skilled team carefully inspects and mounts each plate to meet the highest standards of accuracy, helping reduce press setup time and improve overall print performance.
We can produce single-piece plates up to 52" × 80" and have the capability to seamlessly splice larger plates for oversized printing applications when required.
